Ordered FTD flower bouquet, Did not receive what I paid for, it was a very poor attempt of a FTD bouquet :( ......would not recommend.

I grew up in Bad Axe and Hart's has been there since I was little so I assumed that ordering flowers from them would be a good idea. I was wrong to think the way I did. The flowers were beautiful, however, they were never delivered to my mother on time and they never even bothered to call me when they couldn't figure out the address. To make matters worse, who ever did give my mother her flowers finally was rude and told her of the heated discussion I had had with the owner over the fact that I refused to pay for the flowers since they didn't provide the delivery service I had hoped for. My boyfriend told me to oder through Mcdonalds Food and Family flower shop and I should have listened to him.

I used Harts for my wedding flowers - amazing, beautiful flowers and great personal service. Would definitely recommend for a weeding florist.
