We love Main Nail Studio! They are always so sweet. My husband goes for a male pedicure while I get gel polish. They do their best to have him at the closest massage chair to the nail area, see we are side by side. I always want nail art and they are always so accommodating. Went in this week for a pre-vacation manicure and pedicure. Walked in at 4 and they took me no questions asked! I usually try to find the place with the most reviews but knew I didn’t have many last minute options. I am SO happy I found this place and it is officially my new go-to salon. All the staff were so friendly and caring. I wish I knew the name of the lady that did my mani pedi because she was an angel! Thank you all, will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends in Vancouver.Services: Pedicure
Super disappointing customer service recently : The lady doing my nails would continually scoff and roll her eyes at me when I would politely ask for a specific shape and colour. “Why would you do that colour what type of colour is that”. Thick and uneven hard gel application and lack of attention to detail on cuticles/ manicure. I used to love coming here and having Helen do my nails but unfortunately I have a very bad taste in my mouth now. I felt bullied the past few times. Figured maybe she was having a bad day but this continued behaviour and attitude is not appropriate.
I’ve been going to Main Nails for almost 5 years. It is a warm and welcoming family-run business. The team has excellent attention to detail and skill in what they do.
The boss and the staff there is very nice and friendly
My nails never chip when I come to this salon. Hannah is the best and has such great attention to detail, great shaping and I’ve never walked away not super happy
In town visiting family and needed to get my powder dip redone and a manicure for my niece. Made an online appointment at a different salon down the street. They didn’t check online bookings and therefore didn’t have my appointment available and told me to come back later. Instead we went to Main Nail Studio and were treated like family. They got my niece in right away and did an amazing job on her nails! I made an appointment for the next day to have my dip removed and replaced with gel. Ladies who took care of us were so friendly and my nails look great!! Highly recommend, but also make an appointment because they are understandably busy.
My nail tech was very particular making sure everything was smooth and symmetrical which I really appreciated. My only gripe is that it took 2 hours for the removal and new set. Other than the timing, the service was friendly and professional, and the end result was great!

My go to place for eyebrow waxing. Sylvia is the best. I was shopping around for years before I found her. She's very careful, always asks what I want and if I approve of the results after. She does a really nice job of cutting it short. Didn't know my eyebrows could do that. Also, insanely well priced. I think it's 11 or 12 dollars for brows. And everyone is very sweet!
