Pierre is amazing. He came quickly to our house and evaluated and correctly identified the problem and fixed it right away. I highly recommend their service. I will definitely call them again whenever I have a problem with any of my appliances.

Amazing service!  Fixed our dryer quickly and affordably.  Most importantly extremely friendly, cheerful and honest.  We own multiple rental homes and will only using Pierre anytime we need services.

Highly recommend Magog Electro! Our fridge stopped working  end of heat wave and moving week in July 2018. Here’s what a professional service does 1 The voice mail message tells you there will be a delay due to backlog...so I know there will be a delay 2 Calls back sooner than anticipated, schedules an appointment and arrives on time 3 Diagnosis the problem  compressor finished and believes it should be under warranty. 4 He calls the authorized repair company  in Sherbrooke gives them all the details so they will call me to schedule an appointment 5 He followed up to ensure we do not pay for the parts covered  So many companies could learn from this type of beyond the norm service and integrity He will always be our first call for appliance repair!

I have called upon Magog Electro twice about my washing machine. They are very, very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this business!
