I've shopped  your Magog store several time and seem to always have Julien Forget assist me. He is a pleasure to work with, helpful, cheerful and competent. I'm from the US and shop Bureau en Gros because I find the staff helpful and courteous which is especially important as I speak no French.

It's rare I post a bad review but I gotta say, the service was really not friendly here. I felt they were annoyed I was asking a question about printing. Eye rolls. Every woman at each caisse seemed miserable.nSo I hope you know what you want,  get it and get out quick!

When I need to have something shipped or printed/faxed, staff is helpful and patient.nnAlso, BeG offers a 3% cash back and %10 off on products on their online store. Courtesy of being a CAA member

5 copying orders in past 6 mos. , every order WRONG!!  Today I decided to give them one last chance.  I should have known better.  There was, as usual, a mistake.  The worst part is how sneaky they were about it.  In addition the employee attempted to insult my intelligence with some lame excuse after I'd noticed the mistake.  The manage couldn't even be bothered to apologize for my inconvenience, for the record he didn't apologize the last time either.  NOT ANOTHER DIME from me....to any Bureau en Gros.
