Booked here to enjoy some relaxation in the pool and hot tub. The pool area closes at 9PM for all ages. Not even open a bit later for adults. Does not open until 9AM next day. Staff  zero customer service skills with a 'not my problem' attitude.

Sauna is broke and no one told us before hand. Absolutely no pulse from the desk clerk regarding it being broke. Acted like it wasn't a big deal... Clerk totally inept.

The room was lovely, the water was hot and the spa the was amazing! The actual shower pressure was weak.

Rooms were decent. Air conditioner is loud. Rooms are a little musty smelling. Beds are comfy. Pancake maker is AWESOME.
