Magic Wok Chinese Buffet

Have been ill ever since eating there. Our group left within the hour as it was so crappy, but we had been recommended the place by a life long resident so had expected more?nnFood variety was awful. Refilling of the food didn't really happen either. I should be thankful I guess, as nothing I tried was great and it has had me sick for many days.nnWill be contacting owners for refund and if not issued be filing a chargeback with the bank as this was more akin to poison than food.

Excellent value for the money. This restaurant is clean, the wait staff are efficient and friendly, and the assortment of buffet food is very good for the cost. Everything you would expect from a buffet that serves typical Canadian-Chinese food is present. There are some standouts, including the chicken wings and the lo mein.

We just missed the buffet but got meal for 3 and 2 extra dishes. Everything was fresh and flavourful. We had a lovely amount of left over for the birthday girl to have later. Will be back

Pricing is ridiculous. Food selection was horrible. We went in as a group of 7. Unaware of the poor food selection until after we got a table. Limited food available and even once restocked it still had poor selection. 4 out of 7 of us did not eat a plate, but we were still charged for the rate. We were in there for maybe 15 minutes due to the limited food options and ended up leaving, all the restaurant could do was a 50% off kids meals. But our bill was still $150. Absolutely ridiculous. I would’ve understood charging for drinks and 3 plates as 3 people did have a little something and I mean little! But $150??? That’s crazy. Won’t be returning again.
