Magic Nails

I have been to alot of nail salons in Calgary, but none compare to here. The staff are always so friendly and always go above and beyond with each set of nails that they do. Their pedicures are awesome! They take so much time to make sure you leave relaxed and with amazing painted toes! Love this place!!!!

Been going here for years, this is by far my daughter's and my favourite place for nails and pedicures. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful work, quality and relaxing experience all in one place. It can't be beat!

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. CRIED FROM THE SHOCK OF SUCH MISTREATMENT. I asked the lady to fix two nails, and she refused to fix the one that would be a harder fix. I finally just agreed to leave it after she got her coworker to come over and Bully me too. They told me I was just being picky and it was barely messed up. She then told me I shouldn’t get the design I wanted and just leave it plain. When I asked why, she said I was picky, and that she didn’t want to do it on me because there’s no way I would like it anyways. I was shocked. She also rolled her eyes and scoffed at me when I insisted I wanted my design and Was okay with it not being exactly the same as the picture I had shown. She refused to do the design and left. Thankfully a significantly more professional girl replaced her and I got my design. When I got up to wash my hands at the end my original girl full on glared at me. At the till I cried because I felt so ganged up on and just couldn’t understand how un proportionate her response was. I literally was polite the whole time. I work in customer service so I always make it a point to be the type of customer I would want. The girl at the till called me emotional and still tried to charge me full price. Even if I was picky, It should have never been handled that way. Will never go back.

Even after booking an appointment they made me wait for half hour and then started working on my nails. What is the point of booking an appointment way too in advance then. I got late to my work and did not like it at all. The only reason i stayed is i had no other option. Aa i needed my nailds sone for sone occasions the same day.

Hannah is always so good to me! All the staff are kind and friendly , and take good care of me and my grandma! Great pricing too!! 11/10 recommend

I’ve got my nails done here a few times now and is also my regular nail place.I love the way they turn out each time, I’ve never left unsatisfied!!

Very unprofessional. The nail lady didn't try to do what I wanted and was very rude. I felt robed, I was charged more than what the prices showed. Never coming back again. $120 for just refil and shellac on my toes... not to mentioned they charge extra to remove cuticle - that should be already included within the manicure.

Some of the employees are very rude. A regular pedicure should be dry within 30 minutes max but according to them it takes a whole hour. I went to get my pedicure fixed and was spoken to rudely and told they don’t cover fixing it and next time will be charged. Been to many places in Crowfoot and this is the worst.
