Magic Moments is a locally owned business that has been in business since1988 in Medicine Hat.

We offer a large selection of bridal gowns,bridesmaid dresses and graduation gowns. We are known for our great customer service and great selection of gowns. We invite you to come in today to check out our beautiful selection

We don't require an appointment but if you wish to have one of our bridal consultants undivided attention you can call and book an appointment.

Order time on a Wedding Gown is 4-6 months
Order time for a Bridesmaid gown Is 3-4 months
Order time on Graduation gowns is 4-5 months

Our store hours are Monday - Saturday 9am-5pm
Sunday 11am-5pm
After hour appointments are available

We just spent the afternoon with these wonderful ladies, the professionalism and patience shown by them was amazing.  Not only did they help my daughter pick out her beautiful wedding dress and went above and beyond to get the color she was wanting. Each one of her attendants were helped with picking out their dresses.  Whether it's a prom dress or a complete wedding attire on the list, I would highly recommend this business.

My experience here was awesome. They had a great selection with lots of beautiful grad dresses, place was very clean and organized. The staff was also amazing, all the ladies were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and did everything they could to help find the perfect dress. Definitely recommend this place!!!

I had the best experience ever finding my wedding dress! I went into the day feeling quite anxious and worried of not finding something! Justine was amazing and really listened to your requests, likes and dislikes! They were extremely informative and made my friends and I feel very welcomed! Thank you magic moments!!

Unfortunately magic moments is a NO GO! it's really too bad, as only option in Medicine Hat for grad gowns. Owner has zero customer service abilities, I felt sorry for the consultant trying to do her job with the worst store policies. I would not give the owner a dime of my money, so unprofessional.  We happily drove to Lethbridge to "Once upon a bride" and bought a gorgeous dress and had the best experience ever!!

Great place to shop for wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. They have a huge selection, and good range of pricing depending on what you want to spend. The staff are amazing and really care about the service they are providing. We had a good experience and great feeling shopping here. Update: Have bought bridesmaid dresses from here in the past, and my wedding dress. Still so happy with their customer service and options. My dress was quite expensive for alterations way more than originally estimated and so they offered me a discount on a veil, which was really appreciated.

I had a WONDERFUL experience here! The ladies who work here make you feel so comfortable and confident…especially Justine! They made me feel so special and beautiful. Picking out my grad dress here is a memory I’ll always hold onto. Could not recommend them enough!!!!

This store made my daughter feel special and helped her pick out her grad dress!!! It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end!!!! Highly recommend booking an appointment for any and all special dress occasions!!!!! I simply can not rave enough about the owner and Justine who helped us!!!!!

I absolutely adore the staff, they are so helpful and  friendly! I was a bridesmaid earlier this month and had to miss the group try on where everyone picked their dresses, so I went alone. The girls didn’t make me feel awkward or alone at all! We also got our dresses right on time, which was quite important to us. I will always recommend this shop to anyone that will listen!

The staff at Magic Moments were beyond helpful in picking styles and listening/ understanding what was most important to me.  All the employees were fun, supportive, and made finding my dress an enjoyable experience. They had a great selection of dresses and I found the perfect one!

I had found a dress online that I loved and searched all around Regina and Saskatchewan for a sample. Magic Moments was the only shop remotely close that had a sample I could try on. Karla and her team made it such a lovely expierence and it was well worth the drive to Medicine Hat. She worked very hard to get me the dress of my dreams. I was also very impressed by the inclusive sizing of the samples she has in the shop. You don't have to be a twig to get into the dresses and there is a big selection as well.
