Staff openly lying and inventing excuses, first I was told they're short of staff and when nobody showed up for installation the excuse was missing material. I made a mistake paying in full before installation and thinking I am dealing with reputable company.
Terrible!! We live out of town and must rely on someone either picking up the phone or returning messages. Neither happened. Looking for an alternative to this place.
We would like to thank Tom and the staff at Co-op Home Health Care on Macleod Trail for their kind attention and customer service. Tom went over and above to make us happy with our purchase and the staff were very patient and understanding. We are very happy with our purchase of a Travel Buggy.
Very helpful, but not very knowledgeable staff
Horrible customer service! Staff was rude and condescending. Told me to read the label instead of answering a question. Then walked away in the middle of the conversation, even though the store was empty. I've been shopping there for 20 years, but no more!
