Glenmore Landing Vein Clinic has been helping patients improve their legs for over 20 years. Varicose veins are a genetic disease that affects one in every five women and one in every fifteen men. It is a progressive condition, which can lead to such complications as phlebitis, hemorrhage, bruising, eczema, or skin ulcers. Sclerotherapy has become an increasingly effective procedure to treat varicose veins since the 1920's. I came here for a hydrafacial with Karen and it was a fantastic experience. She has a warm and welcoming personality. I have been a client at this clinic for many years and had positive experiences, but a recent visit has proven to be very disappointing. A month after receiving sclerotherapy for leg vein issues at the clinic, I began having a great deal of pain in my legs. It was affecting my sleep and ability to go for walks as I usually do. I made an appointment to see Dr. N. Watt. My previous dealing with her have always been very pleasant, but this time she was very dismissive and curt after I explained what was happening. She seemed unconcerned about the pain and just said if I "wasn't happy with the treatment I didn't need to come back". I then went to see my family Dr to see what she would suggest. She immediately took the issue seriously and sent me for tests including an ultrasound. I am thankful for my family Dr for pursuing the root of the cause and referring me to another specialist to deal with the leg vein issue. It seems as though this clinic has changed and is now only concerned with cosmetic issues and not medical leg vein issues so I will take Dr. Watt up on her offer to not return.
Great service, great people and so easy to work with as well. They make their patients feel at home and welcomed. They will make the procedure that you're getting done go a lot smoother with their helpfulness and professionalism. Truly a class act and I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent experience at Glenmore Landing Vein Clinic! The results I've had from sclerotherapy treatments are impressive. In addition to looking better, my legs feel more energized, and I seem to have less edema. Everyone is fantastic, too - very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Highly recommend!
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the amazing staff at GLVC. I came to you with level 10 leg pain and we are now nearing the final leg treatments which have now decreased my leg pain to a 1 prior to my final treatment - it will likely be a 0. I cannot express my gratitude for how much you have all changed my life. I am finally able to be more active and live a pain free life. Each treatment was such a wonderful fun-filled experience with superb nurses and physician care. Thank you all for changing my life for the better.
I absolutely can’t say enough about the staff who work at this clinic. From the front desk to the staff in the back and doctors. You can easily see that they all love working in the clinic. The knowledge is second to nun and customer service is above and beyond. They are very upfront and honest about what can and can’t be achieved. I am so excited to have found this clinic and can’t wait to keep going back for all services!!!
I have been going here for quite some time for a variety of services. I not only see Dr Natalie Watt but I send all of my clients to her. She’s top notch and her experience and quality is unparalleled to anyone else doing these services in Calgary. Being in this industry as the Owner of a Medi Spa myself I have seen a lot of what happens behind the scene. And I guarantee you are in good hands and can trust that any service here will be done properly. I won’t trust anyone else with my injections. Her work is very effective, very natural, reasonably priced, and her staff is so nice. They have a beautiful clinic and you definitely feel like you are in good hands and safe with Dr. Watt. I say take the plunge and book your appointment without a single worry at all.
I was going to this clinic for vein treatments last year for 5 appointments. Dr. Natalie Watt was my doctor and she was awesome! Very professional and always spent time checking in with me before every treatment. All of the nurses were very friendly and professional, which was helpful considering how nervous I get around needles. They would always have me laughing and chatting along while they got the treatment done as gently as they could manage. I always bought my compression hose through them which is crazy expensive no matter where you buy it and one time a new pair opened up along a seam and they replaced the set without any hassle. There was one time I had red spots at all of my injection sites, Dr. Watt explained sometimes that happened and our bodies can react differently between treatments, she took note and told me to contact her if they didn't go away within a few weeks and they just ended up quickly disappearing and my legs didn't react that way again, I'm kind of rambling but my point being Dr. Watt was always clear in explaining parts of the treatment and anything that was going on and always made sure I felt like I could contact the office if I had any problems. For something unpleasant this team does a great job making vein treatments a more positive experience.
This team of professionals is amazing. Maria is an artist and I can ALWAYS count on her to keep me refreshed and looking very natural. I would highly recommend her for your cosmetic procedures.
Disappointed to be writing this as I had high hopes that this treatment would help combat one of my biggest insecurities.. only to be left in a much worse position than I was walking into the clinic. I went back with fears the treatments were making it worse; they insisted it isn’t but the photos tell a different story. The staff was so supportive and I believed they truly believe they were helping. Nothing against them, they were great. The second two photos are before my treatment. Over a year later I’m left with an incredibly huge blue mark and way more veins than I had prior to a costly treatment. I would absolutely have re-consider getting these treatments if I knew it would be this much more aggressive.
