We have been taking our pets to this veterinary hospital for a few years. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and we have always been happy with the level of care they provide our pets.

Seems odd that people would be asked to pay for euthanasia before the service is performed. Don't we usually pay for services AFTER they are performed?
