This building is amazing. It’s been around for a while and at the time it was built it was a college but now is a university. The university is attended by many students, hard to imagine but hey that’s what it is here for. I personally have not attended but I work downtown and have passed through this building many times over the years and have always enjoyed the experience.
MacEwan University is a public undergraduate university located in the downtown core of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Formerly a two-year college, in 2009, it became Alberta's sixth university. MacEwan University offers ten baccalaureate degrees, one applied degree and 43 diploma and certificate programs.
Brought my kid here. Parking was $10 for the day. People seem surprised when they get tickets.nTons of restaurants, groceries, and other services within walking distance.
Paid parking during holiday wasn’t good. Management have to take look on this or they have to give the parking for ielts students who’s coming for test every month on Saturday and Sunday.
Went to the fitness centre. They've got a good system! Pay for drop in online, it's easy to book your slot and fairly easy to cancel if needed. 1.5 hour slots. $7.50 for drop in I believe. Everyone carries around disinfectant spray and wipes down the equipment before and after use. Not tons of equipment, but with fewer people I never had to wait for anything
