Do not waste your money here! $14.99 Inadequate, paper thin Salmon slivers on the rolls. If I wanted rice rolls, I would have made them at home!
I don't know what the Sushi experts think, but for me, it tasted pretty good and I loved it. Good staff too.
The sushi is really good and decent deal for end of the day sale but - customer service the past 3 times was bad. He was very rude when I tried to ask about the roll if it was vegetarian or not. His brother is VERY sweet.Recommended dishesSpicy Crunch Vegetable Rolls 6
Horrible customer service. Asked a question regarding the end of day sale and the employee just stared at me. My mother tried asking again and all he said was "what?" Very rude and standoffish, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
This restaurant is owned by the owner and his brother I believe Not sure, and the sushi they sell are one of the BEST I have ever had! After I read some other reviews, I figure probably some days the sushi's aren't that great but at least like the 5 times I had been there the sushi is GREAT AND TASTY! Totally recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking forward to some mouth-watering food!
Frequently visit the Erin Mills location which is awesome! Quality of food is great! It's fresh, and the staff there are extremely friendly. Was in the area so decided to try the Oakville place location. Huge mistake. Had half the box and both my wife and my stomachs felt very strange. The rice was soft. The wasabi was hard, and there was limited variety of food too. The food looks good visually, but prices are higher than Erin Mills, staff were not friendly or helpful almost seemed angry answering questions. Never coming here again. I would strongly suggest the same for you. If 0 stars were possible I would give it a 0!
Probably one of the worse sushi I ever had. It was on sale in the evening so I figured so why not Rice was disgusting tasted spoiled and mushy. Wouldn't never buy from them again It was salmon sushi on December 23
So bad! We were in the area and thought we would try as we are avid sushi eaters and love their other location at Erin Mills. However, this place is such a disappointment. We had a few rolls and threw the rest away, because the rice was mushy, there was a smell, the wasabi was hard as a rock and our stomachs instantly felt off. The service was horrifible. The man there practically yelled at my husband for inquiring about the prices for the end of day sale, and had the audacity to charge $1 for some spicy mayo sauce which is FREE at Erin Mills.Their prices are so high and the variety is a let down. Never coming back here and I would strongly advise others to stay away. Disappointing.
One if the best mall sushi places I have tired. This one is at Oakville place. Most places have a thick layer of rice to fill their sushi roll...not this one! Sushi does not break their soups are hot and tasty. Staff is friendly. Rolls done right!
Oakville Place location is surprisingly fresh. They do sushi well at this location. The customer service level could use some sprucing up, but I’m there for sushi not for therapy.
