Mac Fitness

This gym is beyond frustrating to belong to since the closure of 9W Mac. The occupancy has doubled without any updates on the expansion. Members are beyond crowded by the free weights and makes strength training even more difficult. This consolidation to one gym should have been planned better than this nightmare that is the Plaza Mac currently. If I wasn't locked in for a year I would explore options and switch fitness facilities.

Loved this gym at first. Joined because I could walk to the 9w location. Now that location is no longer in service. Waiting till the plaza location is in full service to return. Curious as to when that will be a reality.

The atmosphere is very energetic, and the staff really help you with the goals you set. The Trainor so are motivating, that you have fun working out.

I have belonged to MAC gym for about 5 years. I love the classes and the teachers in the classes are always willing to give a little extra help. I was sick for some time and they did not hesitate to grant me a leave for sickness. My husband has worked with a trainer and was very satisfied. In spite of the age of the building effort is made to keep it fresh and clean.

Great gym. Great people. Great owners. They are always upgrading equipment and actually care about the people that workout there.
