Very prompt, reliable service. MacDonnell Fuels has been our diesel, gas and oil supplier for the past 10 years, and they have always met, and often exceeded our expectations. Everyone from office staff to delivery truck drivers is always friendly, accommodating, and professional.
Incredibly friendly and prompt service, no unexpected fees or charges. Based on my recommendation, my mother and a neighbor have switched over to MacDonnell from the large competitor operating in the region, both are thrilled with the service and costs to date.
You would swear that you're dealing with a government bureaucracy when you call these people. They act like you're bothering them and they are doing you a giant favor by supplying you with their product. I don't think so, I would much rather do business with people that actually appreciate it. Do not go to MacDonnell fuels, horrible customer service.
Please please fix your card lock machine. I regularly fill up after hours and the last 2 times the machine froze and I could not fuel up.
Always great service, Harvey takes care of all of our aviation oil needs and delivers!
