This place is an absolute gem! 100% recommend. Incredibly friendly and down to earth service. Andy provided outstanding customer service, checking in with me several times for updates after I had to call Apple directly. My laptop was fixed quickly and is still going strong a year later!

This was my second time dealing with this superb company, and they did not disappoint. My daughter had damaged her computer screen right at a critical time of assignments/exams at school. Incredible service. I initially called asking if it was OK to bring in my apple computer, and they laid out to me exactly how they follow all of Apple's procedures. I came in with a broken screen. Immediately once they got the part one business day they fixed my computer within 2 hours. They informed me right away. They also followed up a couple days after I got my laptop back to make sure all was still good. i hope my devices don't break again - but if they do, I will be sure to come back.

I had still technically have water damaged my computer, i was told by Apple to come here and i’m very satisfied. They guided me in the right direction in regards to what i should do with my old computer. In my case I bought a new Macbook and got my data transferred. My experience was great, fair pricing, professional, friendly service, despite my constant questions and phone calls. They made an otherwise extremely stressful situation for me really easy to deal with. They were super reassuring and did exactly what need to be done. I recommend!!
