Mabey's Self Storage

We were very happy with the storage unit we rented at Mabey's on Albany Street near 155. It was clean and tidy, well organized, and secure. The manager, Melissa, took time to give us some very valuable advice on how to fill the unit probably increasing the capacity by 25% compared to how we planned on filling it as well as an excellent referral for movers when we were ready to take our stuff back. The rental prices were quite reasonable and surprise the packing supplies they sell aren't more expensive than at the big box stores. Clean, secure unit and nice, helpful management, what's not to recommend. If we ever need to put stuff in storage again, we will go straight to Mabey's.

I needed a storage unit because my current landlord situation isn't great, and I'm trying to get ahead of the game. Melissa called me as soon as one was availablelucky I asked about it yesterday!. She is very friendly, personable, and a pleasure to deal with. There was a customer in front of me that I could see her going above and beyond with as well. I'm glad I picked this location, I know I'm in good hands.

We were lost after my mom and sister passed.. they had 3 units.. Melissa walked us thru every step of cleaning them out... she was so supportive during an emotional time.. I cannot say enough about her.. she was a star at such a dark time.. thank you!! Xoxo
