The drivers are fantastic but the dispatch office never calls 24 hour before even if it clearly marked on the BOL.

I was away on vacation when I received my first communication with a horrible woman who threatened to return my shipment unless I could receive it within three days because they are a delivery service, not a storage service. Then, I waited at home all day on the first scheduled delivery to learn at 5:30pm that they "forgot" to put my item on the truck. Upon rescheduling, the driver was supposed to show between 10-2 pm. At 5:30, the driver showed up but was too scared to come up my rural 400' driveway (I have had numerous tractor trailers as well as huge dumps and concrete trucks up that driveway, so obviously other drivers are able to negotiate it). That was 36 hours ago. They have not contacted me and I have no idea when I'm getting my item. Really bad service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE KIM SZYMASZED is a liar! She tells you your delivery is arriving in 10 minutes and it doesn't. I called her numerous times to find out when the delivery would arrive and IT NEVER DID. I actually had to go to the Albany terminal on a Saturday morning. Do not use this company. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
