M&M Food Market

This is the only location I shop at and I love the selection and sales are good. One of the staff is a little pushy with upsale so you need to know how to say no but one time she recommended a sauce that put family really loves so that worked out well 😊 it's always nice and clean and the staff are very friendly with my little ones also. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Theit desserts are AMAZING! I highly recommend the Too Tall cakes. I'm a dessert snob and their cakes never let me down!

I was helping my 83 year old grandmother who is very much blind do some shopping, held the door for her and another gentleman, when i entered they had already greeted her and did not realize i was with her. I just observed. She was helped by a lady named Daphne. She took the time to actually talk to her, figure out what he wanted and was patient with a smile the entire time. Since Grandma can't see when she was offered a stew sample but could not see the spoon.... she literally spoon fed my grandma. Customer for life.

Freezers behind a counter guarded by staff. Pricing was quite small and staff refused to let me closer to read and compare price points after I explained I had a hard time seeing the writing and pricing from across the counter in the middle of the store. It shouldn't be referred to as a "food market" if you're not able to browse and shop without someone holding your hand. I usually shop at the Sherwood Park location and never had that experience. Left the location promptly and am going to Sherwood Park instead. Wouldn't go back.

The staff is unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about Gluten Free. And they never seem to have gluten free items in stock. Head a little further West on 137 Ave to the next M&M don't waste your time.
