I’m in an apartment and it’s that weird time between Christmas and New Years where nobody is around. -34 tonight and I’ve got no heat. Landlord calls up ML Plumbing & Heating and they are here within an hour. Problem is diagnosed and not fixable until the morning but they have space heaters to get me through the night. Courteous ✔️ Timely ✔️ Professional ✔️
