Kelly and his staff we so excellent to deal with. I just moved away from home and living on my own for the first time when came home to my furnace room flooding. They came and replaced the needed items and were so understanding and helpful! Would highly recommend them to anyone!
Only put one star because I could not put zero. I called about an issue with my shower leaking into my downstairs on OCT 1. Guys came took my shower apart and told me that they would have to order a part from Canadian Tire. A few days later I call back to see if the part was in yet and to see when they were coming back. Was told by an older man that it was still on order and that THEY would call me back. This is now November 23, almost 2 MONTHS later and I still have no phone call or a working shower/bathtub and a tub that is taken apart so we cant even use the tub because when they pulled the handle off it switched to the shower. I do not believe in chasing companies. I called once and was basically given the brush off. Thanks for nothing. Will never recommend your "services" to any one. I'd rather spend much more to fix with a more expensive company and get the work done properly.
My furnace stopped working one night from wind and snow. I was able to call and was given step by step instructions to get it working. Really helpful and great Home Town business in Yorkton!
