Mr. Hedayat and Theresa have been very attentive and helpful through a very difficult time. I am very pleased with the services that have been provided. Me and my companies have used M. Hedayat & Associates for about three years now. Our representation has always been immaculate. They look out for us, get back to us the same day or within a 24 hour period. We truly feel comfortable that all of our legal needs are worry free because they look out for us and keep us compliant and above board.

Mr. Hedayat was appointed our lawyer in a short sale, and we couldn't be happier. Everything went super, super smooth. Theresa was the person we dealt with, and she was AWESOME! Always attentive and very personable. It's not easy to be in these situations, but it's nice when you have a team of people supporting you. Theresa always had the answers we needed and got things done quickly. Hopefully we won't need services like this again, but we would never hesitate to use this firm or recommend them!
