Mr. Payonk, is not only a great attorney but a man of excellent integrity and honesty. He kept me informed at all times and never expressed annoyance at all my questions. He is professional and handled my case with delicacy and care. When no other attorney believed that I had a case, he did and believed in me enough to fight for what I deserved. Even when I was offended by offers that would come back to us, rather than keep things going so he could potentially make more money, he was honest enough to say this is as good as I think it will get for you personally and this case. I would work with Mr. Payonk again if I ever needed to and would highly recommend him to anyone

Jim Payonk represented me when I was involved in a bad car accident. Jim and his staff were very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond. Most importantly, Jim went above & beyond what I expected and he was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him!!

My neighbour referred me to Mr Payonk. This was my first time dealing with an attorney and of course I wish I never had to. But i have to say that the experience was better than expected (especially the outcome, thank God). First, I like that Mr Payonk makes himself available as much as possible. I don't like those doctors and attorneys who call back after 3-4 days supposedly because they are busy. I think when you are hands on and professional, you find the time to return calls, especially from new customers. Their office is really nice, he listened to my case very carefully and answered all my questions. He is really sure of himself (I had seen his video on the website, he is the same way in person), so he makes you feel reassured. I did not feel rushed (I hate that), I like that he did not make any promises and explained to me step by step what the work plan would be, and what I could expect. Well I got more than what I expected and he was extremely courteous and professional all the way. I definitely would recommend this office.
