I first hired Matt for a job to re-paint the entire interior of my home about years ago when I was doing a significant remodel.  Matt not only did a fantastic job on the painting, but gave me some very valuable advice about the remodel generally.  I then hired him again a few years later to do the exterior.  Again, he gave me some really good advice which actually saved me a ton of money (at his expense), and again he did the work quickly and professionally.  Not only does Matt do high quality work at reasonable prices, but he provides honest, helpful feedback on all aspects of your project.***Update - hired Matt for a 3rd time recently - HUGE job.  He was the only contractor on the entire project I was happy with.

Matt and his team did a wonderful job on our whole house exterior paint project. After another client referred Matt he was extremely responsive and provided a detailed, extremely competitive quote within days of our initial conversation. When work started his project manager was on-site to describe everything that would be taking place and took time to listen to our concerns/needs and addressed all of them. Matt's crew started immediately and did an exceptionally professional job in prepping, painting, and cleanup. At the end of each work day the guys cleaned up everything - and I mean everything - which made a huge difference. The finished product looks awesome, exactly what we envisioned and expected. Matt's commitment to quality and customer service at a reasonable price has gained him a long-term customer.

I have hired M Carlson Painting for many projects over the years, and will continue to do so. What makes M Carlson stand apart from their competition is the professional workmanship, after all this is the lasting impression that remains behind on the job site for all to see.
