Cheri handled the front end communications and was very helpful with all our questions and concerns. The crew arrived promptly and were considerate to our project overall. A couple of small items were damaged in the process, very minor and understandable, but the important thing to note is how quickly and professionally Randy handled it! We are very impressed with the finished project, our home looks amazing! And one more advantage with CertaPro is it was done in a few days and cleaned impeccably. We had a great experience with Randy, Cheri and the crew at CertaPro. The job involved substantial touch ups of exterior stain on cedar siding and re-staining a deck and spiral staircase.
