The MAC store on Bloor is okay. The actual store selection is very good. The customer service is a real hit and miss whenever I have been here so I often go in with knowing exactly what I want, I usually have to get the product myself and take it to cash since it is not easy to find a good associate to help me

I would like to thank Chris for being so patient and taking the time to properly colour match me and connect me with the right products to finally help me feel confident. After so many failed attempts, I am so happy to finally have make up that doesn’t look orange on my face! Thank you, Chris- you’re the best!

I went to this location to have my make up done for a Christmas Party. Shelley was the make up artist. She did a great job! The makeup was awesome. She was punctual and very nice. I definitely recommend her.

This MAC store has anything you need; you can find the rarest products you can’t find at other stores here. Moreover, the staff is so professional and willing to guide you to buy the best product that suits your needs the best.

I love their customer service.

CHRIS was the best customer service ever! They could NOT exchange a defective brush until I phoned their center. Quality stuff otherwise 2019!

This is probably one of the friendliest most helpful MAC stores that I've been to!
