I absolutely love this store. It sells every single beauty product imaginable at great prices. The professionals buy from the store. The owner Maryanne is helpful, knowledgeable, and makes great recommendations   I have been going there for years.  This store and Maryanne’s advice has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. You are in beauty product heaven in that store. I highly recommend it!

Amazing amazing everything! Top notch customer service, I called in before the online order for guidance on hair dyes, quick and effective response. I wanted to change the order last minute a day after placing it and the change was made without question and arrived delivered to the GTA that same day!! Then there was an issue with a product, I emailed them about it and they sent out a replacement without an annoying email explaining what they did and apologizing, I simply got notifications of the new shipment. So effective, no unnecessary fluff, I loved loved loved the customer service and the products are exactly as described. This is my new favourite spot for hair products! Thank you!

Great selection, price, service, and knowledgeable and helpful staff. This shop has Wella colors that are rare to find. Online shops work like magic - easy to order and fast delivery!  Staff responds via email promptly to any inquiries or a piece of advice! I love their blog with advice on hair care. So helpful and true.

I usually don't write this kind of bad review but my experience with cosmetic world has been terrible.   I've been looking for my wife's hair product with the reasonable price tag since it was gone from costco and found this place online.  I thought it was quite a good looking price so I ordered it Nov 26.  The tracking number they provided had not been updating for 2 weeks so I contacted cosmetic world on Dec 12 and they told me it's been delivered Dec 10??????  I checked my front door and mail box but I never got it anywhere so I contacted them again by email and phone, never got anything back til Dec 21 when I emailed them back I will do a fraud report.  Then they said they're sorry that I haven't received my order yet and would coordinate with the carrier for a proof of delivery.  Well, I haven't heard anything from this company ever since.  How can they have any proof of delivery when I just haven't got it delivered or I never signed anything for release of the parcel anyways?  It's been over a month since I paid $100+ for this order and I asked nicely to the last minute for either refund or express re-delivery but since it already has been a week from my last email and getting no answer from them "again" I'm just going to do a fraud report to the my credit card provider.  Seems like they have been getting nice reviews somehow but don't be fooled and be careful especially when you buy things from them online.

Outstanding customer service! They really went over and beyond to help me. This is also the only place I can buy my favourite hair products without a hair license. Will certainly buy from them again.

This place is great for hair care products! The prices here are generally a little better than other places. A great bonus is the amazing and knowledgeable staff. They will help you get the correct product for you or advice on how to fix the terrible DIY job you ended up with.

I placed my order yesterday and it was delivered today!   I even received a follow-up email thanking me for my order and letting me know to contact them if I needed anything.  Amazing service!   Also free shipping over $50!   Even the delivery company they are using was fantastic and fully updated me along the way!

I came to Cosmetic World to buy Redken shampoo, conditioner, and toner. This is one of the few places a non-licensed person can buy Redken hair toners. CW has an amazing selection of hard to find products. I'm so happy that I discovered this place. Will come again! :

Since I know this store and I buy cosmetic stuffs I stop going to hair salon and I do everything for myself at home, Mina/ one of sale representative advice me how to use the product. They have very good materials from all kind of brand , thanks to be in neighbourhood!!

I placed an order for shipment a week ago and I haven’t received a tracking number. No idea when my shipment will arrive and no one replied to the emails sent. Is this a scam? Are the reviews fake? I just want my products or a refund because I’m tired!
