Very bad work. I did the refill acrylic and 1h later one of the nails, the color came out. So so bad

I don’t care what language you speak - talking about/making fun of your clients in their presence is not kosher with me! Also, I am paying for the service so what I ask of them should be done, not what they want/feel like doing. Otherwise, ok job done. Tai is my favourite.Services: Manicure

Worst experience ever. Was told no to doing a design because “it cost too much” wouldn’t that be my call?? My nails are uneven, lumpy and corners are sharp! Lady was very rude and walked out after doing one hand. Never returning!Service: Manicure

Unfortunately I have been here twice with not great experiences. The owners are incredibly nice and very busy. I think they do overbook themselves causing some mistakes. The first time I was getting my nails done when I seen the foot bath being emptied and not cleaned before the next person sat down for a pedicure. The next time I asked for shellac manicure and was dissatisfied. It didn’t last more then a day, I am not convinced it was even shellac. Only one coat of polish was put on.
