Luxe Nails & Spa

I've came in twice for pedicures and acrylic nails. My acrylic nails have came out crooked both times. When they painted my nails my second visit they put more than 4 coats of nail polish, clear coat, and the matte coat. They were bulky and had too many air bubbles. The bottom of my nails were not filled correctly with the machine and little white stuff hanging. When I asked to fix them she wasn't happy and the end result still had bubbles and nail shape crooked. I rarely leave bad reviews but I want to let people know. Not coming back at all!

The woman who did my nails (the station said her name was Lana, but who knows if that's true) not only didn't listen to what shape I wanted, but the entire time she was watching her phone! She was USING TOOLS on my hands while watching videos! My nails were lumpy, and there was a ton of acrylic under my nails. I went elsewhere to get my nails fixed, and the tech there was horrified at the state of my acrylics. He took about half the acrylic off, and warned me that the nails may lift because of the atrocious job Lana did. I will never go back here, and I STRONGLY recommend no one else does either. But if you do find yourself at Luxe, avoid Lana like the plague.

Literally 7 nails have broken in the week since I got them done and my nails very rarely break. I even got a brand new set so they would be stronger DON'T GO HERE

they do not have polite workers, they are very rude. My friend and I came, we thought we were being laughed at. Also our nails look lumpy and need another coat. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Provide excellent service in a timely manner. They are all super friendly.
