I left an infrared heater under warranty for 2 months, no news.nThey tell me the supplier does not return emails or calls.nBullshit, I called another Lumen, in Quebec where I bought it and the guy fixed it for me in 5 minutes.nSo lousy service at Lumen St-Jérome.nIf you don't want to deal with other Lumen's customers, just tell the customer up front instead of leaving the customer in limbo.
