Very poor service! Not enough employees at the sales counter. I waited 25 minutes there was just one customer in front of me. I wanted a 3 meter wire. There were 6 meters left. He told me I'm selling the 6 meters because I can't cut it.... I said let it go, big guy, I wouldn't pay double the price.... I went across the street to LUMEN for excellent service . Looking forward not to see you again CDE.

We went there twice with my partner, lots of choice, but no one talks to us unless you go looking for them. We made a selection of 3 lights for around $1500 but 5 days later we still have no response. In short, we bought elsewhere.

Customers since 2005 minimum. The service used to be good at this location. But not for over a year. The first times we went there and the service was lousy, we thought they were having a bad day. It's been several times since then and it's still crappy... Bought all our lights for two houses from this location and spent several thousand dollars... never again... We will encourage another business in the future. A good customer service course for all staff would be a good investment on the part of the owner...
