Needed a 145R12 tire mounted onto a rim, as our trailer tire blew on the highway. We called about 20 stores from Kamloops to Vernon, and nobody had them in stock - they would’ve taken days to ship in. But when I called Trail Tires in Kamloops, they mentioned that their Lumby location had 2 listed in stock. So I called, the guy who answered the phone was super kind and helpful, even went to double check that he had them and called me back before we drove in to get them. Didn’t wait at all, they took the tire in and in 10-15 mins, we paid and left.  The location had an awesome vibe - upbeat music playing, it was super clean and had a relaxing, cool atmosphere probably the nicest vibe from a tire shop I’ve ever been at.  Honestly, the guys I spoke to at both the Vernon and Lumby Trail Tires went above and beyond for me - an out-of-town-vacationer in a tough spot. I am beyond thankful and pleased with the service we received at Lumby Trail Tires, and I would highly recommend this location for your tire needs.

There are a lot of good shops with good mechanics in the Okanagan area but Jason and his team out in lumby always go the extra mile to help you get back on the road quickly without breaking the bank!

I went in to have a tire repaired and said   please have a look at my other tires to make sure that they were good & safe for the winter. As it turns out the tires were separating. I said please put new ones on And to stud them too. I would pick the car up after work. They did everything for me on the spur of the moment and at their busiest time of the year. I have new tires mounted ,balanced ,& retourct for a very small price. My life is worth way more. I  live a ways out of town ,and they are so accommodating. Great people& company to work with. I know that they take pride in what they do and that they truly care. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

Thanks to the staff at Lumby Tirecraft, you all rock! I had some issues with one of my diesel trucks, which I rely on to keep my business running. It was time to replace my transmission, get a full new exhaust, and a few other things. I was so happy with the quality of work, the communication throughout the process and the up front, friendly attitude everyone here had. This is how a small business should be run, you all set a great example and I am happy to have such a trustworthy shop to bring my vehicles too.

We were stranded brake calipers basically fell off a rotorin a parking lot in Lumby on a beautiful Saturday. All garages & tire places closed EXCEPT Trail Tire. Called for help, limped over to their location, and got a sympathetic ear & immediate help. Could have kissed them all!  Replaced a missing bolt, checked & tightened the others and sent us on our way with a very minimal charge for their time & replacement part. Super service, super staff, A-1 place! Thank you T. Tire Lumby!

Just want to thank Jay at Lumby Trail Tire for finding me the rims that I’ve been looking for . Went to a lot of tire shops and nobody put any real effort in to help.Can’t wait till spring now. Thanks again Jay

Lumby tirecraft is awesome. A great team of people that's compassionate and dedicated. They have very fair rates and are definitely one of the best places I've been to have my car worked on. If you need some work done on your vehicle and live in Vernon, lumby tirecraft is a great place to take it. Every time I've been here, I have only been treated well.

Flat repair was quick, people were Awsome, Braden was very helpful with the repair..just ask for Jason, he has all the answers you will need. The best service.
