We purchased a stove from Big Box, along with a one year warranty. Unfortunately, the stove had an issue shortly after purchase. A repair was promptly arranged. The stove worked well for several months then it started to have problems again. A replacement stove was arranged. The staff at this location were wonderful. They handled both incidents quickly and professionally. I have no hesitation recommending Big Box Outlet Store for all your needs. Thank you Debra and staff.
Last night I bought a patio set from the Vernon store and I just wanted to say what a great experience it was. Not only did I get a great deal on the set but the staff were outstanding. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. I have been shopping at this store for a few years now and am always happy with the deals I get and the service from the staff. The manager Deb does a great job!
Went there today looking for an exterior umbrella. Had been there twice in the past two weeks, saw them, liked them but decided to wait. Unfortunately that was not a good idea. The table of umbrellas were virtually gone. There was one left of the size we wanted, and 3 others. I went to fetch a salesperson and got Cecile. She was wonderful, went out of her way to checked the price of the one left, there was no price on it. Told me it was definitely the last one-answered the many questions I had about the umbrella and was just a great salesperson. I bought the umbrella not the colour I had wanted but nevertheless a good umbrella for the price. I am not sure if I would have purchased anything, had Cecile not offered such great help! thank you!
Love this place. There is always something to find for a great price. Shelves are always stocked. Customer service is excellent.
I’ve stopped going to the Kelowna store and make the drive to this one at least once a month! Much more affordable & happier staff! Shout out to Lisa for always trying to give me the best possible deal!
Deb and Tammy are great. We recently renovated our bedroom powder room and we bought the vanity, mirror and barn door from big box in vernon. They look feel like high end material but at a discount price. I have another bathroom to do and we have purchased a 72 inch vanity from them as well.
So many great deals to be had here. I don't visit this store often enough. Stop in and see their great product selection!
The absolute best store in town. I always find the best deal around here. I do almost all my Christmas and birthday shopping here. I never know what I'm going to get going in. But always come out with a trench full of goodies :D
Love this store!! Staff are so friendly and helpful!! Kyelah helped me out when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. She was very friendly and made sure she asked how my day was going! Highly recommend this place!! Great prices!
We visited your Big Box Outlet in Vernon for the first time last week. We were interested in bedroom furniture and left your store with a bed, four chairs and a desk with chair. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount and variety of inventory but more so impressed by the Big Box Outlet staff with Debra, the Assistant Manager and her team of Stacey, Kya and Dallas. Debra was the first associate that welcomed us and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise and escorted us over to what we were looking for. Early on, my husband, who was the President of an International Software firm commented on how good Debra was at her job and would hire her in a second. Once we decided on our purchases Debra interacted with her staff and got them to dismantle and package up our items for delivery. We witnessed how well Debra worked together with her team to get the job done efficiently and quickly. From the young man,Dallas, who physically moved the mattresses to Kya who helped us collect more items and transport them to our vehicle and operated the cash register. Stacey also worked with us asking if we needed assistance and also explained the Big Box Rewards program and signed us up. We thought the Big Box Outlet staff were outstanding especially in a place and time where any employees are hard to come by. Congratulations to Big Box Outlet ! We look forward to returning to purchase future items and receive such wonderful customer service from your staff. Debra and Mark Boyle
