I had an amazing experience at this store. First, brought in a pair of pants that had come apart at the seam - no issue whatsoever and they are replacing them and altering them at no charge. Then I needed several items not all available in the size I wanted in store. Was able to use my coupon for both the in-store and online orders and the person who helped me Gillian gave me all the time and attention I required despite it being busy. She went above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!
In desperate need of racial and cultural sensitivity training. Visited with a friend and was disgusted to hear the attendant’s comments and complaints about her “long” name simply because it isn’t common in English. I’m confident if she were white or if she had a more European-sounding name, she wouldn’t have received the same treatment, whether it were long or short. Heartbroken to see my friend be made to feel self-conscious about her culture and identity in a place where she should be able to call home. This isn’t acceptable anywhere, and particularly not in one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse regions in the world. In this short interaction, Lululemon’s staff made it very clear what type of people are most welcome in their store.
All the reviews related to racism, I’m sorry your experience was so terrible! It was my first time at this location and I was hesitant about going but in the end I’m glad I did. I think this location listened to your complaints. When I went and I’m a visible minority; Anthony, helped me out. Some of the ladies working there did not acknowledge my presence but Anthony walked up to me and asked how he can be of assistance. Anthony was patient, helpful and knowledgeable and not only knows the store well but the products even better. Ask for Anthony next time you go there.
We're here all the time. Great selection especially on the sale racks. The staff is always very helpful at this location! Highly recommended!
I have been running and practicing yoga for the past 9 years. Lululemon clothes are the only clothes I have worn for running and my yoga practices. I have been to many, many Lululemon stores over the past 9 years. And I can honestly say the Oakville location is the BEST store - as a result of the EMPLOYEES who work there. I live in Mississauga, there is a Lululemon store within walking distance. I choose to drive to Oakville to this location. The employees are warm, kind, and very helpful. I do not shop at Lululemon to just "Look cute", even though that is one of the perks of wearing their clothes! I shop at Lululemon for workout clothes as I run three days of the week and practice yoga three days of the week. When I walk in to a store that sells athletic apparel, I expect employees there to have a certain level of knowledge. The employees at this store know the products inside out. They educate you on what works best for you as an athletic person. Two of my favourite employees at this store are MARNI and BHAGYA. I always look forward to seeing them, not just for their help and expert advice, but also for the warmth and genuine care they show me. I also appreciate that this store is located in a beautiful area in Oakville, instead of inside a mall. There is plenty of parking free on side roads, and paid parking on the streets. Lululemon is a successful, huge company/brand. You can buy the clothes all over Canada. I choose to come to this specific location because of the employees and how they make me feel. And they always make sure I have the best clothes for running and yoga. All the clothes these employees have recommended and helped me buy have served me so well in my running and yoga practices!

Hubby and I went to the Lakeshore Road location in Oakville and purchased a few items. Hubby’s first experience with the mens line and fell in love with the ABC Pants and bought three pairs in different colors! Priscilla, always smiling and quite joyful, provided excellent customer service helping with the sizing we were searching for from the back room and suggesting other ideas as well. I bought the Softstreme HR Straight Leg Crop for myself which required hemming and the alteration experience was quick and easy with her as well. All staff we interacted with were very friendly! I have been a lululemon fan for 4-years and went to various stores in different countries. I can surely tell that this is the WORST Lululemon retail I have ever been. Since COVID,I switch to buy clothes online for a while. I buy different outfit every week from Lululemon. Unfortunately, I got a gear which is extremely small this time so I tried to return it in-store. The lady at the front just told me that it’s the law that Lululemon doesn’t take final sale item refund in store. However, I got gift card refund at the other stores just one week before. I don’t know if it’s just a bad day for her or she is always this mean to customers. Also, I had a in-store pick up. There’s no space for parking outside the store at all. I am really wondering how can we choose for curbside pick up. I will never going back to this store anymore. And this is so disappointed that people working at Lululemon has this type of work ethics.
If you have any kind of promotion or discount on your account they always ring it up without the discount then says oops.
Amazing service. Great quality cloths etc. Must buy more.
