David had to be the nicest guy on the planet! He's also the worst used car salesman! Cuz he'll only sell you what you really need! Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the the sport. We learned so much there. We bought a couple of snowboard packages there and he gave us a great deal! I'm an 80's skateboarder and he's getting a bunch of 80's retro boards coming in. I can't wait!
Amazing service and great products. I went into the shop knowing nothing about snowboarding any they showed me step by step what I need. They didn't just give me a board and kick me out the door, they told me the difference between all the boards and custom fit everything to my needs and wants. They are also very accommodating to people's budgets and will give you the best product for you price range and skill. 10/10 would recommend you choose Hustler Board shop for you next destination for a snowboard
I have been shopping at Hustler for the past 10 years, I have been nothing but pleased with every experience that I have had at this store. It doesn't matter if I go in to get myself something or take my kids in to get them gear. The customer service from the owner David has been amazing...he has been very patient with my kids. I have never felt that my purchase was forced on me or that I was talked into buying something that I didn't need or felt pressure to spend more then I intended to. David is amazing at working with a budget. I could never go to another skate and snowboard shop and feel that Im getting the same level of customer service. I have tried other stores and all I felt was pressure to spend. Back to Hustler I went. I also like to support local businesses which is easy to do at Hustler.
Only place i will go to for gear, whether you ride Ontario or out west Dave and Josh will have you covered. The difference here is knowledgeable service of guys that understand their products and your needs. I have bought 2 boards here in the past two years and my quiver reflects the quality goods sold at Hustler. - Thanks for all your service guys and you know you will see me soon! Dave
Best snowboard shop I have been to in the GTA hands down. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and awesome to talk to. Very knowledgeable with equipment and excellent with snowboard tune-ups. Only sell quality products and never had any problems with my purchases. Only place I go to for anything snowboard related. Lastly, the store looks awesome!
I did my research and spent a few days with these guys while buying my first snowboarding setup. I spent around 1200, however I could not find better prices anywhere. These guys are very VERY passionate about their work, and know their products very well. The atmosphere is super non-pressure, and they really just want to give you the best products you can afford - to join the sport they all love. This is the most authentic, genuine and affordable snowboard shop in the GTA. Thanks guys.
I've been going to Hustler Snowboards for years. Every visit is a great experience. The staff are personable and are enthusiastic about helping their customers out. They are also honest about what products will and will not suit you. I would definitely recommend this shop to any snowboarder. You will not be disappointed.
Brought 4 pairs of skis to get waxed and sharpened. They quickly took the skis and put them in the backroom. When they filled out the billing information, I had to pay before I left and they claimed that is their policy. I asked since when do you pay for your car to get fixed before they fix it? They said they have had people walk out without paying "bro". I picked up the skis on New Years Eve as we were leaving New Years day to go skiing. When I got home, I noticed there still rust on the skis and wax all over the bindings. Got them redone at the resort. Got back and called, no recourse. Called the credit card company to have charges reversed and they looked into it. Said they couldn't do it without a third party investigation of the skis. However, as a good will gesture the credit card company reimbursed me for half of the total cost for being a "valued customer". Never again, please don't call me "bro",
Absolute pleasure to buy from Josh and Dave. Product knowledge & service exceeded our expectations. Easy to support a local business, especially when they are so knowledgeable. We got a great snowboard package here, and will be back.
This is the only boardshop I go to. I trust Josh and Dave's honest opinions. They know their stuff. They have a great snowboard, bindings, boots and accessories selection. They've helped me purchase two snowboards and I've only ever had a positive experience here.
