Luisella Children's Wear

Went in today to check for baptism dresses for my two year old daughter, the owner is so welcoming and nice, she helped us all through out, they are the third store we visit today and thank goodness we found them because they have the most beautiful dresses and they look and feel so fancy. Quality I can say they are super, what we got was made of silk and so lucky that they have a very good sale but even if it's not on sale let me tell you their dresses are super WORTH IT even on regular prices, they have head pieces and hair clips, shoes available too. My daughter fell inlove with the dress that she doesn't want to take it off, and on our way out my daughter loved the cutie lamb stuffed toy, the owner was so nice to give it to her for FREE. You gotta shop here, quality dresses very very good price and the owners were super nice and accomodating.

Went in last week for baptism clothes for my little guy and dress clothes for his brother. Lisa was absolutely lovely. She was incredible helpful and knowledgeable and great with kids. The clothes required some alterations and these were done in a few days and at a very reasonable price. Tried a few other stores but this was the best by a mile! 1000% recommend!

Beautiful selection!! So happy I was able to find the most perfect Christening gown for my niece within my budget!! Service was beyond great.

If you can award a 0 star I would. A awkward experience with the older woman she lied about the suit having enough material to make it more suited for my son. He is a husky size so needed more room in the vest and jacket and she said there is always more material in the seams to extend it, she even checked she said. We took it to a seamstress and she told us that there was no extra material, she even showed us. Then we went back to Luisella and the older lady said we could get a refund. A couple days later we returned with the suit to be told we can only get a store credit there are no refunds. She lies to the customers just like she lied to ones that were in the store when we asked for the refund. Wow never expected this but we found a better suit, better fitting across the street and they even have great matching shoes. Now I know why my mother in law told me to not go here. She seemed so nice and genuinely truthful and I never go based on that but she sold me on it. Beware always be judgemental.

Very unpleasant experience! Not sure if the other reviews are from family and friends but my experience was below 1 star. Their customer service needs a major boost, the saleswoman is only willing to take the clothes off the racks only if you’re willing to buy, lol, the older lady brags about being the best seamstress around and makes fun of other seamstresses around. Not my type of people, they need a reality check and some education. Last but not least, you can find the same dresses or even better ones for cheaper at zero 20 bambini.

Great, high quality clothing however the saleswoman is extremely judgemental, opinionated and come across like a religious fanatic. Go for the clothing not the customer service.
