Opened in May of 2003, Luisa Ristorante owners Rocco and Rosa Pellettieri bring generations old recipes to life and proudly enjoy sharing their artisan crafts with their patrons.
Rocco Pellettieri originally from southern Italy, Castelmezzano, Basilicata, and came to Canada with his family when he was 12 years old. At the age of 20, Rocco entered the hospitality industry and has flourished since. Rosa's family, originally from Napoli, Campania, moved from Italy to Argentina due to the poor economic state Italy was in after World War Two. In 1988, Rosa moved from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Canada after marrying the love of her life, Rocco. Luisa's focuses on well prepared food and efficient service. Above all, we are dedicated to the community in which we serve. Luisa Ristorante has proudly served the community of St. Albert for the last 10 years. Our homemade bruschetta and tiramisu has been welcomed as St. Albert's best. Our passion and commitment is shown through our quality ingredients.
