Lucky Mobile has the best customer service! All the sales reps were always top notch and so motivated to help! They really went all out for me and set me up with everything I needed and more. I would recommend everyone go check it out!

Fraudsters. $42 has been coming out of my bank account since January 2020. Just finding out about it now. Clearly they dont ask for ID when signing someone up. That or they're involved with criminals. I've been a Telus customer for 17 years. I have no dealings with Lucky Mobile, never have, never will.

Got this activated at The Source, and then find that A GUY has the same number as me, when I texted an aunt He replied that this is his number or had someone calling asking for said guy. Am worried cause basically all my info is on this phone would give Zero stars but need one to post. Also switching service

I paid for the 20 dollar plan, which had mobile data. A few days after I had paid, I realized the mobile data wasn't working. I went to the Lucky Mobile store, and they said they couldn't help me. Wow, 20 dollars down the drain. I don't recommend the store or Lucky Mobile. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I would rate them a zero if I could. Poor customer service, misunderstanding what I am saying. Numerous times agents hanging up. Absolutely poor service. The worst.

They shouldn't be allowed to operate.
