We always enjoy our time @ Lucky Eagle. The food @ Craft House is always delicious. Would be very nice if there were a way to not have smoke from the smoking section of the casino drift into the eating area. If you can accomplish this...then you get 5 stars!
Customer service is spectacular and the food from craft house is amazing we always get wings burgers and the corn chowder is so delicious
Lucky Eagle is probably the better casino near the area I live in. Most of the workers in the casino are pleasant and will give you a warm welcome. I can't say I've ever won a jackpot. But you sure hear a lot of people do, I one day will. Maybe. I find comfort when I go, Hotel is my favorite part of the gaming.
Good casino, not good payouts. great ventilation even in the smoking area it wasn't bad. Credit enforcement of Covid-19 rules. You can done in. limited seating but good food.
This review is for the hotel gaming room so with that said... I feel Lucky Eagle needs to switch out those slot machines to keep people coming. It's been the same machines for quite some time. I think it's important to keep the guests intrigued and want to play.
