Lucky 97 Supermarket

One of my go to asian supermarkets in Edmonton. I go there mostly for fresh halal meat and pretty good collection of fishes. But downside to this is that you get slapped with a smell upon entering the store. You also get produces that you can't find at any other supermarkets, like some spices, asian vegitables, asian products in general. Prices for regular products are set a bit higher than other big stores like Walmart & Superstore. All of the cashiers that I've met were pretty friendly and nice.

Located right in the heart of China Town Edmonton. This grocery store carries a wide variety of product's mostly Imported, Sea foods, Halal meats, and other meats products and local groceries ,vegetables fruits etc. Lottery also sold here they also served hot food which was prepared on daily bases overall a good grocery market around this neighbour HOOD.

Wonderful. They have everything you dream of. From Mung beans to sprout at home ... until exotic fruits . All kind of fish! Even hot take out food with very good prices! Fantastic store!

The prices here are fair especially for imported goods. The only problem was, some goods are put on top of the shelf and as a short person, it was hard to get it and there was no one to ask for help; coincidentally, there was a ladder laying around and I was able to get what I needed. And I hope that the store close a little later at night, they close at 9pm. Staff are okay, meaning they are approachable but most are always on the go.

I love lucky 97 they have a fresh area for meat and hot food to go. They have also a great selection of product and varieties of different brands to choose from. A lot of authentic and imported goods also.

They have a good selection of thinly sliced meats to make meat chips but some of the quality didn't look that great. Have to dig through the pile to get the best packages.

My place to shop for meat specials on pork n other deli,fresh fruits,n veggies,reasonable.staff are helpful, friendly also,. security is on alert likes to follow me also finally stopped dead in front of them almost had misconduct Lol

They always have the most interesting stuff there.. the prices on western style foods seemed a bit much but I wasn't there for those.

The workers aren't friendly, at least acknowledge customers that are coming into their store. It smells sooo bad inside too! Like something rotting & I don't know what it is that smell that bad that this is giving me migraine and my nose hurts from the foul or disgusting smell . It looked unsanitary and unorganized inside.
