7 Heaven Food Store

July 12, 2021 I bought a bunch of snacks and some kitchen wares and prices are reasonable and comparable to other convenience stores. They also sell lotto tickets Check the photos I posted for other stuff this store are selling. I also appreciate the friendly staff! I bought the veggie samosas and they tasted old not fresh all. disappointed as I paid $1.50 each for the 3 samosas. PLEASE NOTE: PS: Your cashier guy had forgotten to hand over my lotto Max ticket. The numbers I had marked on the form are my own numbers. I will come by later to check in person and hopefully the ticket is still around.

staff was dismissive during my uhaul pick up and deliver, and on top of that they over charged me by $30. the man i spoke to on the phone to ask about the over charge was too lazy to check further telling me “there’s too many names” when i had been there 3 days ago and only 2 other vehicles plus my own where there for pick up that day. he told me to call customer service but couldn’t supply a number for that either. DO NOT use this location for your uhaul needs. after originally posting this review i “ironically” have an email of the receipt. funny how he said he couldn’t find my information. where else would this have come from. you tell me. after looking at the bill there still a $40 charge that was NOT disclosed to me. i was charged twice for something and that is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

The worst uhaul experience I've ever had. This place is an unorganized mess and I will never go here again.

Rude staff!! I asked a simple question, I was ignored & instead of answering me he chose to serve the person behind me. I asked again for which he answers rudely and with a tone I did not appreciate. I left without buying anything, poor customer service, I wasn't going to give them my money and instead went to the gas station/convenience store down the street where I was acknowledged and served with kindness. I would suggest getting the staff some sensitivity training, considering the amount of people they must deal with on a day to day basis, it'd be an asset

The owner is sooo nice and respectful person even the people who work with him good customer service. If you send money to any place in the world I recommend to send by them also they have any thing related to habsha traditional food , clothes, and staff use in our daily life.

If you like Ethiopian food, this is your place for ingredients. They are not labeled in English, but staff is helpful if you at least have an idea what your looking for, like 'berberi ' spice or what not. Not fancy , but fun imo

It was my first time ordering online. Canpar is the courier company my order is associated with. The staff is very friendly and prompt when it comes to customer service. I managed to pick up my order the same day.

I personally like this store bcuz its closse by and its family owned and by buying from it im supporting the community...although its a little crowded they do have a ATM which is all the way in the back which i didnt know until recently and if you have loved ones in jail they can wire money to them..plus they sell pipes and torches there and theyre super friendly

7 Heaven is the best place to send money and their service is getting better every time to satisfy their clients needs. They offer the highest rate with the best service!
