Lucke's Cantina

Loved the food, been going there for years. Was very unimpressed with the service that came from our waitress Savannah Rivers. Not only was she rude, but when asked to speak to some sort of management about problems with the bill she was very unprofessional and yelled because she couldn't believe we wanted a manager. She continued to throw around attitude and stomp around while serving a nearby table. And even went as far as laughing at me and my party as we walked out. It's sad that I will be losing one of my favorite restaurants due to such poor service. I do appreciate the great help that came from our bus boy and made sure he knew his calm and helpful attitude was greatly appreciated.

Until today I've never had such horrible service. Did not let us know about "not being able to split checks" Continued to blame either us or the "new system". The waitress Savannah R was extremely unprofessional. Was snotty to us, yelled from the kitchen when we asked for a manager. Did not explain or help at all to solve any issues, just stormed off. The only help we received was from the bus boy. Not okay, it's not his place to have to solve managements mistakes. The food is good but it took over 40 mins to get our dinner. Not going back. They not only had us waiting with horrible service but they also did nothing to solve the situation. They forced each individual to pay an 18% tip to a waitress who was unprofessional and extremely rude. Very disappointed.

Worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. Guests felt the same. Brown gravy fajitas? Chimis that were frozen entrees...TASTELESS!

Had a great time here. Excellent margaritas with food to match. Excellent service by very friendly bartender. I will be back!

Always friendly staff... i love walking up here for margaritas.... yum... large menu as well
