I am very impressed with everything about this clinic. Number one being that this wonderful clinic was the ONLY private Dental Clinic in the entire state of Wisconsin that takes Medicare as payment for DENTURES !! I live in Eau Claire. But the drive to Luck was worth every minute. I can't say enough positive things about everyone that works there. THANK YOU ALL for giving me back my smile !!!
My fiancé got work done through luck dental & couldn't have been more satisfied with the care he received so I called to see about getting my kids into the doctors at luck dental & I couldn't be happier with the work they've done. They are all very professional & friendly. The staff makes you feel very welcome from the minute you walk in the door. They are also one of the only dentists to take my kids insurance which is awesome. I personally think they're the best dentist we've ever been to! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants good service.
They are amazing teeth technicians!! I needed lots of fixing and other stuff. They did amazing work!! I felt I got great value for my money !! They stand behind their work and are very honest, confident and made me feel great. Highly recommend!!
I’m such a big chicken when it comes to going to the dentist unless it’s Luck Family Dental. They truly understand how I feel and they are very compassionate and kind dentists and hygienists. Very pleased with my visit. Had a simple cleaning, and boy they had work cut out for them. Showed me all they were going to do before doing it. Helped me be brave. Highly recommended and will be returning.
I just had three teeth pulled. After the surgery, I was told that they did not prescribe pain medication for post surgical pain, and to just take Tylenol. I have had teeth pulled prior to this elsewhere, and was always give post surgical medication. When I expressed my concern I was ignored. I am sitting here now absolutely miserable in a lot of pain. I feel they should inform people prior to oral surgery that they will not manage your pain afterwards, so you can make an informed decision if you want to proceed. Had I known I was not going to be any pain medication prior to surgery I would have gone to a different dentist. Very frustrated with my experience.
Going to the dentist isn't ever a fun thing. At least these great people make it tolerable. Great staff all around.
Luck dental is a very pleasant experience! So glad I chose them for my dental needs. The staff are very professional yet still have that small town friendliness. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
I have had several dental appointments over the last couple of months at the Luck Dental Clinic. With every visit, I've been greeted with a very friendly 'Welcome' upon arrival. The dentist and her staff are super knowledgeable and very professional and have a wonderful way of making your procedure very relaxing and stress free. I would highly recommend the Luck Dental Clinic.
These gals are awesome!!!! Started with an infected broken tooth, tried another dentist who refused to do any work due to prior medical conditions. Called Luck Dental, explained problem, they made an appointment got me in looked at my meds list, before pulling two teeth had emergency meds on hand for my heart condition. Felt very comfortable with the extraction, highly recommend this place if you want a dentist who listens and treats you like a human not just an insurance check. Can't wait to have more teeth pulled so I can smile again!!!!!!!
