Where do I start? Our group of six ordered 2 prepared sandwiches, 2 Buffet and 2 Hot Meals. As we were talking amongst ourselves. A member of the staff, not once but 3 times came to our table to remind us to all smile. Never asked how we were enjoying our meal or asking why only 2 members had food or why did the sandwiches came out 20 minutes before the rest of the food... The food was still amazing.

Went there for a holiday date night. The food was superb, Larissa was an excellent server, and the host was also attentive! You also cannot beat the beautiful union station as your background! My husband had the filet and I had the lobster ravioli. Such a classy restaurant! Parking: Parking is so easy with the attached garage

This place is a dangerous joke. Bar staff is woefully inept. I think they imagine themselves as a nice restaurant but they are WAY off the mark. The Carved roast beef tasted like shoe leather. In addition to that, when our POC friend arrived, he was met with racist overtones. They asked if he was high, then after a few minutes they came back and made him take his hat off, claiming it was a "policy". Others in our party had hats, no problem because they are white.

I like the restaurant very much. The best in Worcester. We try to dine there at least once a week. Gus made a very smart decision to put his business in that beautiful building. We will be there tomorrow. Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect place to park for my friend when the weather is bad, keeps him out of the wind, rain, and snow.

Dinner last night was to die for. They had a little buffet set up for our family. Everything was perfectly cook. Never had cold tortellini salad before, never thought I'd get excited over a salad. Can't wait to see when they open up the John Dillinger BBQ grill

I am absolutely THRILLED with our experience at Maxwell Luciano's restaurant for my father's retirement party. Hands-down, the BEST restaurant to hold an event, especially if you want the best service, food, and space for the price! Martin, Stephanie, Sierra, Kathy, and David did a fantastic job taking care of us. They met our every need and made sure everything was perfect the entire evening. The restaurant alone is a tourist attraction! The decor is unique and eye-catching, with all of the old photographs from the past and it's designed to make you feel comfortable and classy at the same time. Martin and Stephanie took care of all the details and made it easy for me to plan this special event for my father. I can't thank them enough. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. If you need a venue for an event, this is the place to call.

I am writing this review for my mother who hosted my baby shower here on Sunday. From someone who worked in food service for many years she is extremely critical and can’t say enough good things about her experience here. She writes, “Everything was absolutely superb from the food, decor, and staff, to the attention to detail and communication. The atmosphere was clean, bright and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service we received. Stephanie, David, and Gus were fantastic. Gus was there to make sure I had everything I needed. Stephanie and David had excellent communication, were so pleasant to deal with and just fantastic. The food was some of the most amazing food for a fantastic value. All my guests raved about the food! There was so much food and something for everyone. It was all hot, fresh and delicious. The china, linens were beautiful. They were great finishing touches to our decor. I highly recommend and suggest anyone to look into their brunch package for a bridal or baby shower. We couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out”.

This is NOT fine dining. Our waitress forgot a lot of things that we ordered. We asked for gluten free options and never received any answers. Our other orders were missing things. In addition, the food was mediocre at best. Trying to go to the bathroom at this place is also sketchy. The women’s room is so far down from the restaurant which makes no sense when you’re walking past some shady characters. Public bathroom is filled with individuals doing drugs. Not a place I’m willing to spend money at.

The Father's Day Buffet was the best. They had everything from chicken parmegan to turkey and cranberry sauce soooo good, rice pilaf, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast sticks and waffles, etc. Really, really delicious. Excellent wait staff that came around often to see if you needed anything. All of the staff were very friendly. Only disappointment was that I didn't know about this place and went to a different place on Mother's Day that didn't come close to Lucianos. Loved it!!
