I have used Lubevan for several years to change my tires seasonally.  Always excellent service.  This year I asked them to do an oil change in addition to my tire swap.  I was very impressed with their professional service.  I have no hesitation referring them to friends and family.Services:&nbsp;Tires

My car broke down at 11:00PM on a weekend and the employees at CanLube kindly saved my night. They were super responsive and allowed us to leave our car overnight. Service was great, from scheduling and the individual who did the oil change was very professional and efficient.  So expensive though, I think it went up $40-50 from the last time I got it done, I understand gas prices & inflation increase price to everything, but it was a little much. Due to the extremely poor service and treatment from LubeVan and their employee 'Ryan' I will never be using the service of this company.  I had recently booked a Franchise discovery call using their own schedule/calendar and got an annoying number of reminder emails from the automated system to remind me of the call. When it came time attend the call, there was no call... I waited over 40 minutes for what was supposed to be an hour long call.  Upon LubeVan being a no show, I sent them an email expressing my frustration with the lack of punctuality and communication of any changes. 'Ryan' emailed me back and said that he had gone ahead and cancelled the call after the missed appointment because I didn't meet their criteria. Adding more frustration to an already poor treatment, I inquired the reason for cancelling and disqualification, to which the response was that I didn't meet the basic criteria such as not having enough experience none of which was mentioned in the requirements for being able to apply for an initial discovery call, let alone the franchise application.  Moreover, 'Ryan' very bluntly added that the original call was missed because they got a client for that timeframe. Adding that paying clients will always be a priority over anyone else for them at the head office and for every franchise owner. I understand that making money is crucial in a business, but if they treat their potential colleagues with such disregard, not to mention the several thousands of money I would have paid them to be a franchisee compared to a customer paying them less than a $100, I don't ever want to work with such a company, and I want others to be aware of where their priorities lie. They may do a good job, but they certainly don't give a hoot of your time and commitment.

I called and booked the oil change and engine air filter replacement along with a summer road ready inspection. Jonathan was on time actually a few early! He was really friendly and courteous and allowed for a contactless key swap and service, which I appreciate. Poor guy worked in the rain the entire time and only took the time prescribed. Received a detailed report and he called me to go over it. I didn’t sit at a dealership wasting my day away while they didn’t keep my appointment and service other cars with no explanation on what they really did. Lubevan services are more affordable than the dealership and quite frankly you get far better service! I would recommend to anyone and definitely will use their services in the future!Services:&nbsp;Air &amp; cabin filter replacement

Super good service! Technician was punctual, polite, and professional. Explained my last oil change place gave me the wrong oil cap but that it would be ok until next change. Would use again!
