Had a flat. I live in the neighbourhood and was looking for a local shop. Walked in, explained the situation. Jenny did a quick diagnosis of the flat, patched it up and mounted it all within a reasonable amount of time. Jennie was absolutely friendly, efficient, and transparent. 10/10 will be getting my business again!

Fast service, fourth time here, never any issues.

Best prices in York. Its an old school shop but they also provide old school customer service which is a very nice thing!
