Used to be good but now their service is horrendous. I used to travel across the city to go to their store but I’ve been so disappointed I will never step foot there again. If you are a pro-photographer don’t bother, they are marginally better than a Best Buy now.

Wheres the website ?  I mean its 2020 how a business can run without their own website for real this is a joke 0 for customers experience. You cant find their products on their weird website this will take business elsewhere.

I went to find a single-strap camera bag and found exactly zero that fit my needs at Lozeau. There were dozens to choose from at Gosselin.

Overpriced gear. Closed Monday and Tuesday so imagine the logic put into that decision. Lens rental selection is quite good though.

The staff is always ready to help and they are knowledgeable. Great place.
