Lower Locks Parking Facility

It's nice to not be hunting for parking spaces. This garage is large and can accommodate most vehicles. I just can't use it in Kayak season as the roof is too low for my Kayaks. While I tend to avoid places where you pay to park, I sometimes can't avoid Lowell. I will say the parking fee is reasonable, unlike Boston. The views of the city from the top are cool too.

Large garage that serves UMass Lowell, the Lowell Auditorium and other venues. Accessible via footbridges to walk to and from these places. Reasonable rates. Caveat: in rush hours, traffic on nearby streets can be very heavy and slow.

Good typical Lowell parking with the usual modest prices. The floor plan is a bit confusing.
