Not my favourite store, especially the paint department. On three separate occasions I have searched the lowes.ca website for a particular paint product I needed to make sure this location carried the items. All three times the website stated this location had the items, but when I asked a floor rep in their paint department where they were located, I was told they didn’t carry them. Each time my suggestion that they should check their website was ignored. Either Lowe’s has the worst website in existence, or the laziest clerks known to man. Either way, I no longer shop at this store. As a customer, you can’t fix someone with a poor work ethic but you can choose not to contribute to their pay cheque.

Wasn't happy I bought kitchen taps project source brand and the extension nozzle sticks on and the main valve leaks so I went back to exchange it and was told I wasn't aloud because I didn't have the original package nor the receipt(never thought i would ever have to return it with 6 months)but I told them I bought it on debit and possibly could be in the system still for the return but was immediately denied and long story short was stuck having to buy another set. Thanks lowes I really love your customer satisfaction

Very friendly and courteous staff go out of their way to help you store was clean orderly and very fast check out and they asked if you had Air Miles cards for your purchase are the 10 I give it a 15

The worst customer service for large appliances. Delivery to home is $80 extra. We placed order to pick up at the Warden store location, but later informed it relocated to a further location because there's no inter-store shipping??

ATTENTION MAKERS & CREATORS: When I'm looking for some reno or project parts, most of the competitors generally have the products. But when I am looking for a variety of solutions, rather than a difficult to find specialty shop, I can, more often than not, find that array of products at Lowe's over their competitors. I can even find unique products that steer my creations in areas that I would have never pursued. If you're a creator or maker and looking for a stroll of inspiration, talk a walk at Lowe's.
