Really enjoyed the customer service here. The staff was really helpful and not pushy. He was able to answer all our questions. We came here on a weekend and there was only one or two staffs on the floor so we had to wait to be helped. Always go to the clearance section for some in store special and discounted item. For bulk order you can also ask to extend the pickup period.

If you need a contractor don't come here. The contractors don't work weekends and only install during the week....when we are all at work. Why they hire people who don't work weekends when the rest of the population they serve works all week is beyond me. We are really disgusted and disappointed in their service so slow and they were not honest about the installation process and how long it was going to take. We have a lot of work to do on our place but we will not be going through them ever again! They have just lost our business for any future work ! Had to wait two months for my custom door to be built. When it finally did come in they called to say they cant have it done for another two weeks because the contractor is going on vacation...great timing...really...

Found the store somewhat disorganized. Limited supply of vinyl plank flooring and MPR transit strips. What is there was jumbled. For what I was looking for I wasn't impressed. I looked around for sometime without seeing a store rep within the areas I was searching. Not the best customer experience. ~ Hope you have a better experience than me.

The merchandise are good, everything I ever wanted and needed. The service is OK, they know very well where things are but some time not so active. They are willing to share knowledge but sometimes wrong. Last week I had this guy adamantly lectured me on how to install axe handles, except he said all the wrong things.

Great place to go and get home items, always great service, knowledge staff, ample parking and it's never really busy which is my personal favorite.
